These terms apply to dumpster rental services provided by Easyway Dumpster Rental ("we", "us") in and around Duncanville, Texas, and to your use of this website. By booking a rental you agree to them.

Quotes and pricing

Quotes are given by phone and are flat rates that include delivery, pickup, the stated rental period, and the stated weight allowance. Additional charges apply only for: tonnage above the allowance (billed at the disposal facility's per-ton rate), rental days beyond the stated period (flat daily rate), removal of prohibited items placed in the container, and any municipal permit fee where street placement is requested. Published price ranges on this website are estimates; the phone quote controls.

Delivery and placement

You are responsible for providing a lawful, accessible placement location and for any permission needed from a landlord or homeowners association. Placement on a public street or right-of-way may require a municipal permit; unless agreed otherwise, obtaining it is your responsibility (we will point you to the correct office). You confirm that the placement surface can bear a loaded container. We offer protective boards on request, but we are not liable for damage to driveways or other surfaces resulting from placement you direct, except where caused by our negligence.

Use of the container

• Load level with the top rail. Overfilled containers cannot legally be transported and must be leveled before pickup.
• Prohibited items include: hazardous waste, paint, chemicals, solvents, tires, batteries, appliances containing refrigerant, medical waste, asbestos, propane tanks, and liquids.
• Heavy materials (concrete, brick, dirt, roofing) must be disclosed in advance and may require a dedicated container.
• Do not move the container once placed. Keep it accessible for pickup.
• Only the customer and their contractors may place material in the container.

Payment and cancellation

Payment terms are confirmed at booking. Orders may be cancelled without charge before the container is dispatched; after dispatch, a trip fee may apply.

Liability

Our liability for any claim arising out of a rental is limited to the amount paid for that rental. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Disputes will be resolved in the courts located in or serving Duncanville, Texas.
